※ Leave regulations shall follow Article 32 of the Academic Regulations: Students who are unable to attend midterm or final examinations due to serious illness requiring hospitalization, bereavement leave, official duties, or other unavoidable circumstances, and who have obtained prior approval for leave before the exam, are permitted to take one make-up examination only. For official leave, scores will be graded as earned; for other approved leave, any portion of the score exceeding the passing mark will be counted at half. Students who have been granted leave (must present supporting documents) or those with exam schedule conflicts due to course retakes must apply for the make-up exam at the Physics Division Office before 17:00 on June 18, 2025 (Wednesday). Students who fail to apply in accordance with regulations will not be allowed to take the make-up exam. The unified make-up exam is scheduled for June 20, 2025 (Friday) at 18:30 in the Physics Laboratory (I), 4th Floor, Mechanical Engineering Building (Room AME0412). If a student is unable to attend the unified make-up exam, the course instructor will handle the matter individually.
