Description:

I. The Mathematics and Science Education Center will begin next Monday (11/10), holding evening tutoring lectures for three consecutive weeks every Monday night, covering Calculus (I)(2), Weeks 7–12,

These Calculus evening tutoring lectures (are not related to the Calculus (I)(1) remedial and make-up exam courses). Students are welcome to participate actively.

II. The topics, schedule, and venue are as follows:

(1) 11/10 (Mon) 19:00–21:00, ATC0107 Classroom

Topic: Exponential functions, logarithmic functions, trigonometric functions, inverse trigonometric functions

(2) 11/17 (Mon) 19:00–21:00, ATC0107 Classroom

Topic: Implicit differentiation, critical points, first derivative test for relative extrema

Topic: Absolute extrema, concavity, inflection points, and overall review
